TFT PDF worksheets are instructional materials in the form of digital documents that provide detailed information, guidance, and activities for individuals enrolled in the TFT Course. PDF worksheets include lesson plans, teaching strategies, homework assignments, and more for each of the 5 TFT steps.

The TFT Workbook is a supplementary tool that accompanies the course to enhance the learning experience and provide practical application of the concepts and techniques taught. It provides teachers with a hands-on and organized approach to their learning. The workbook is a follow-along with the course and contains an intro from Miss Andye J, a chapter index, inspirational quotes, detailed course information, a to-do list, a notes section, and more that allow teachers to apply the knowledge and skills they acquire throughout the course. The Workbook is Exclusive to TFT Members and is available as a printed hard copy or as a download.

Enrollment dates
How it works: The TFT Course runs throughout the calendar year and has open enrollment every other month. Each session lasts 30 days and has limited spots in the Pro and Semi-pro levels - first come, first serve. Once you pay the one-time fee, you are an online TFT member for life and will have access to all course materials upon course session completion. Additional in-person TFT Seminars & events will be offered at an additional cost. Click on the date below to enroll in your chosen session date.
***Please note: The TFT Pro Level must be completed within 30 days from the start of the chosen session date. The time does not roll over to the next month or the next TFT Session. No exceptions. All TFT Pro Level members can access the course schedule on their membership page.

Meet your Instructor
Born and raised in Chicago, Miss Andye J has been a mover, dance teacher, choreographer, and singer for over 25 years. In 2008 she made the life-changing decision to move to Los Angeles and has been blessed with many amazing opportunities ever since.
She has choreographed for artists such as Nicki Minaj, Kehlani, Mariah Carey, Jessie J, Calvin Harris, and more. In addition to choreography, Miss Andye J has also had the opportunity to share her teaching and dance style with students in almost 40 countries across the world. As a powerful female leader in the professional dance and teaching industry, Miss Andye J makes it a priority to be positive, and empowering, and to spread knowledge to help further the journey of anyone she connects with.
